JICWEBS Good Practice Principles verification

I am pleased to be able to tell you that MC&C is now able to add another accreditation to its name after being awarded the JICWEBS Good Practice Principles verification.
The aim of the Good Practice Principles, which is awarded by independent industry body ABC, is to enhance transparency in the UK digital display advertising market, ultimately giving brands greater confidence that their advertising will reach the right audience and will not be associated with content that could jeopardise brand reputation.
In order to satisfy the JICWEBS criteria the way we work has been assessed and audited to confirm we are doing everything possible to ensure our clients have the maximum possible protection online. With the vast quantities of user generated content being uploaded across a wide range of platforms to audit, and the increasing complexity of fraudulent activity to counter, it is a never-ending challenge.
The award follows on from the agency’s IAB Gold Standard accreditation earlier this year. The IAB introduced the Gold Standard in January 2018 to raise standards across three key areas of the digital advertising industry: reducing ad fraud; increasing brand safety; and improving the digital advertising experience for consumers.
