As well as a presentation about automation and machine learning from Angie Knibb, MC&C’s Head of Search, the invitation-only audience of brand marketers heard from Sabrina Garufi, Agency Development Manager at Google, who explained the ways in which YouTube converts intent into action, and Parris Francis, Client Services Manager at WARC, who discussed what helps push a trend into reality.

Delegates were also treated to an entertaining debate between our Director of Digital Ben Foster and Digital Strategists Christian Taylor and Nicholas Graham, who each made an impassioned case for a current fad and both existing and predicted trends before a vote from the floor.
